This is a contract between Windmill Event Center (James and/or Jeri Twenter) and (renter) for an event to be held at 444 Country Lane, Cibolo, TX 78108. Renter is responsible for cleaning up all trash and removing all personal items. Renter is responsible for any and all damages to the facility. Windmill Event Center (James and Jeri Twenter) are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during your event.

Indoor facility (can comfortably accommodate 35-40 guests) rental is $150 per hour and outdoor facility (can accommodate 100 guests) rental is $150 per hour (if both, $200 per hour). Deposit of $250 is due at signing. Balance due 1 week prior to event. Deposit is Non-Refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, security deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled reservation.
